Clear before clever
Guidelines designed to protect creators, supporters, and the meaning of this showcase.
These are practical project rules, not a promise of legal exemption or commercial licensing.
Who may apply
Adult students and genuinely early-stage independent makers may apply. The showcase is intended for people still developing visibility, confidence, tools, or financial independence—not established professional businesses.
Applicants must be at least 18
Crafts & Earth does not accept applications from minors. Applicants confirm that they are at least 18 years old, but I do not ask for an exact age, date of birth, guardian details, or identity document through the public form.
Personal craftsmanship must remain central
Simple tools may assist the work, but the creator’s own skill, effort, and time must remain the primary source of the finished project. Projects led mainly by automated manufacturing, 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, factory production, or resale are generally outside the scope.
Product and upload safety
I may decline hazardous, misleading, illegal, contaminated, medical, electrical, cosmetic, food-related, copyrighted, or otherwise unsuitable products. Evidence uploads are limited to reprocessed photographs; scripts, archives, documents, SVG files, and executables are not accepted.
Geminiman and Crafts & Earth name use
Being featured does not make a creator an employee, partner, agent, certified seller, or authorised representative of Geminiman. The names and logos may not be placed on unrelated products, advertisements, receipts, fundraising requests, or business identities without written permission.
Review decisions
I may request clarification, ask for evidence, approve, decline, unpublish, or archive a project. Approval means it is suitable for this showcase; it is not a guarantee of product safety, transaction quality, delivery, or legal compliance.
