I collect only what is needed to review, protect, and publish projects responsibly.

Adult-only applications

Applicants must confirm that they are at least 18 years old. I do not request an exact age, date of birth, guardian information, school name, or identity document through the application form.

Private application data

Legal names, email addresses, adult-status confirmation, optional student status and field of study, original application text, internal notes, contact-form messages, and security records remain private and are not placed in public project folders.

Public project data

Only approved display names, broad locations, project stories, approved photographs, categories, public contact links, and agreed project details are published. Student status or field of study is not published automatically.

Security and abuse prevention

Short-lived, pseudonymous network fingerprints may be kept for rate limiting and security auditing. Passwords, verification tokens, and private upload links are not written into public logs.

Retention

Rejected or withdrawn application materials may be archived temporarily for dispute, consent, or abuse-handling purposes and then removed according to the project’s retention schedule.
